Walking Buddie!
Starting tomorrow morning I will have a walking partner!! One of my friends  just moved in the across the street from me. She and I both have weight to lose… the only this is I am worried she is not going to keep up a good pace.. you know if I am walking… im WALKIN not lolly gagging along. She messed up her ankle a few weeks back and I hope its okay for her to walk on at a decent pace.
She was at the doctors yesterday and he hasn’t gained or lost since the last time she was there.. she told me SHE NEEDS TO START WALKING. so starting tomorrow, we will be walkin! I hate to say, I have to have someone to walk with, when my best friend moved out of the area I lost my walkin partner… I just may have replaced her! ![]()
Here We Go Again
So I have made up my mind. I must change the way my body appears! I hate looking at myself! Ok, enough of that. I need to go to the store and get some fruit and veggies! I have been slacking on getting them in. My stupid schedule doesnt allow for my free time to shop or have any sort of social life. The alarm went off this morning to go for a walk.. but do you think i got out of bed to do it! My excuse this time is my stomach hurt (I had to go the bathroom) and it looked like it was gonna rain.
