Breakfast - English Muffin Tomato Pizza (5 pts)

Snack- Kashi TLC Bar ( 2 pts)

Lunch- Lean Cuisine (5 pts)

Snack ( fruit snacks 2 pts V8 juice 1 pt

Dinner - grilled bbq chicken breast and julianne potatoes( 10 pts i think)  

Snack- WW Ice Cream Bar ( 2 pts)
