Grocery List??

I’m working on my grocery list for tomorrow morning! I figure I may as well start WW on a Sunday so I start the week off right. That and I would not have been able to go the store before then. If anyone has feels the urge to let me know what I should start off getting that would be great. I have looked over lots of website and  I think I have the right idea of what to do to start the program. Since I am not going to the meetings. I’ll have to make my plan of what I will be eating during the week. I get 24 points so I should not have any problems.

    The WW Good Health Guideliness give you some basics on the types of foods that should be on your list -

    dairy - milk, low fat or fat free cheese & yogurt

    lean proteins - beans, eggs, chicken, fish, or lean beef/pork

    fruits & veggies - aim for 5 a day with as many bright & dark colors as you can

    whole grains when possible - oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain cereals, whole wheat bread

    healthy oils - like olive or canola oil (I love cooking my veggies in a tsp of healthy oil!)

    And of course some healthy, low point treats!
