If someone wants to send me their getting started books I will make copies and mail or ups them back the very same day!!
Its going on 11pm. When I wake up in the morning I will be 100% focused to WW. I’m even gonna start out the day with a walk! I want to walk every morning, but maybe I will start out just every other just to get back in to the routine. I CANT BELIVE I EVER STOPPED RUNNING. about 3 years ago, i ran every day. i was totally starting to take control.. then a horrible break up and here i am. FAT. 177 lbs on a 5′4″ frame! TIME TO CHANGE THAT. I have been out of highschool for 5 years now. my all time high in 10th grade was 172. I do belive I was bigger than 177 in the past 3 years though. Those were the days that i didnt even think about weighing myself.
 My on the go lifestyle sucks! I love spending money which forces me to work 2 jobs…. which I am happy cuz I buy what I want. I will be headed to the store before I head to work at 2pm. Lots to do in the meantime. I didnt get any where on my grocery list tonight like planned, work was busy. I should get up early and do the laundry, go for a walk, clean some of the house, shower, head to the store, and hopefully I will have to time to make something before I have to work at 2. I am going to have to make time to cook and pre package my foods. Keep in mind I am not going to the meetings so I still know evverything about it..
 More to come.. tomorrow… after my 1st offcial day on ww!
