www.dwlz.com has a huge list of items.

Heinz Bread, it comes in an orange & yellow bag = 2 slices of bread- 1pt

Sara Lee Wheat Bread, 2 slices- 1 pt.

    Other bread options:
La Tortilla Factory Tortillas (some are 0 pts. and others are 1 pt. - be careful w/ the 0 pt. tortillas b/c they will quickly add up to being more than 0 pts.)

    Flatout Wraps - 1 pt.

    Whole Wheat Pitas - 1 -2 pts.

Thomas Whole Wheat English Muffins - 1-2 pts.

*Just make sure you check these with your points slider!

    Cheese:
Most are going to be 2 pts. for 1 oz.
Like Kraft 2% Cheddar & Mozzarella
Light String Cheese - usually 1 pt.

Hope this helps! You may want to do a search on the weight watchers message board!

I presume you are in the United States, which means my suggestion of looking at PC Blue Menu items is no good. I’m guessing that there are versions near you, though - a line of lower fat, higher fibre items. For other items, I suggest Betty Crocker LF Brownie mix (1 pt brownies) and just generally the low fat versions of your favourite foods. If you have your PointsFinder, you will learn which ones are good quickly. After only 6 weeks I can ball-park the points within 1-2 pts by reading the NI. I would shop with the Finder - it was more time-consuming, but worth it. I still keep it in my purse for quick-reference wherever I am.
I went through all of the tortilla’s in the grocery and found the 1 with the least points (still 2 - ahh the elusive 1pt tortilla). I stick with WW wheat bread or Body Wise (1pt/2slices) vs. the WW multi-grain (2pt/2slices). Kraft PB 25% less fat is 2pts/Tbsp, enough for 2 slices toast and so much more satisfying than butter. If you can find some 0pt jam that’s a 3pt sandwich.
I also went through a lot of the cheese options at the grocery and found 1 that’s 2pts for 30grams. Once you find your product, it becomes habit to know where to grab in the isle.
Oh, some of the Skillet frozen dinners are also really good for points, even the FF ones.

I know the PC items are store brands, but are available Canada-Wide. I suspect you would have something similar. Still, my best advice is not to be embarassed to pull out your points finder while shopping. Being comfortable with the lables is half the battle.
