So I had good intentions on walking last night but I twisted my foot while raking in the yard!! So I ended up going to the casino…. again! I went Sunday night to! I came home with 200 bucks last night & sunday night!! thats 400 bucks! …. which is AWESOME!

 Now I have money to buy back my elliptical from the girl i sold it to ( DUMB DUMB DUMB) and i have some money for groceries too! Im so excited!

I need to learn to only buy what i need, I have been throwin lots of stuff out bc i dont get a chance to eat it. or i chose to eat something else.

i had an asian pear yesterday (apple/pear) and it was wonderful!

I can do this. I got off the couch at 8:10 pm and took a 30 min walk instead of heading to the fridge.

I am not new to this. But I sure feel like I am. I need some pointers again. I need some easy food plans to follow for a week or two to get back on track. I need some structure.. anyone… please help! I can and will succeed. SUMMER is on its way!

YAY!!!

So I only gained 4 lbs while being on vacation for a whole week… not bad considering the shit I ate.

 I put my 2 weeks in at my 2nd job today!! May 9th will be my last day! I am so excited, I can enjoy the summer! and I can have LOTS AND LOTS OF time to excersize!!

where have i been?

The last two weeks have been filled with busy days, no walking, and lots of eating junk! The weather is nice one day so I walk 3-4 miles with the puppy, then the next day its 20 degrees and i sit inside and eat pizza. DUMB

Anyway, the puppy is getting big. OH!! I almost forgot. I bought a new car on tuesday! 2008 VW Jetta SE! I LOVE IT! I traded in my 05 ford escape for the jetta. It was time get something that gets like 30+ miles to the gallon!

 AND! I packed a healty lunch and supper today. apples, grapes, yogurt, salad with tomoates and cucumber (one for lunch and one for supper) I bought a huge bag of shredded lettuce at sams club LAST WEDS that I guess I didnt touch at all cuz pizza was way better

MARCH 1st ALREADY!!!

I sound like a damn broken record. I always say I will start clean on the 1st of the month, then the 1st arrives and I eat something completely horrible, which throws the whole week off… so I think.

 Well the first of this coming month will be diffferent…. cuz its MARCH, we are one step closer to spring, I am so sick of the cold weather I could puke.

I need to start by getting in all my water for the day… So does sugar free kool aid work? I was cleaning out the cupboards  yesterday and i have a shit load of sugar free kool aid and crystal light…. I was thinking about mixing it and bringing in a whole gallon with me to work to stick in the fridge so i wont be tempted by the soda or coffee… what do ya think?

I stocked up on lots of oatmeal and soup at the store to get me though the next month until the weather turns so i can use the grill ( keep in mind I have 2 jobs, work 65+ hours a week so i dont have much time to cook … let alone prepare a bunch of meals to freeze.

So I applied for a job with our county’s sheriff dept as the administrative assitant to the 911 coordinator, I think my changes are pretty good. the only thing is its PART TIME.

This Journey Needs to get started once an for all!

here are a few of my goals:

1. post everyday

2. make some new friends… i need you girls!

3.  track everything i eat…. everything!!  

So I have not been watching what I eat, I have not been getting any excersize….. I have no excuses other than I am not happy. I am not happy with the way I look, I am not happy going to home to no one.  I have not been alone in years… and it is a very hard ajustment. VERY hard adjustment. If I didnt work 2 jobs, I am sure I could find the time to hang out with some friends…. or try to make some new friends since most of my pals are no longer around here.

 oh! and try living on one income when you own a house and a new vehicle and … and… and… i dont think i can afford to shit! :)

 I know I told you all that I sold my treadmill and elliptical!! HOW FREAKING DUMB!! the girl i sold my elliptical is moving in may, so i am going to buy it back. for this coming winter. I really dont need it in the summer cuz i can walk the doggie every morning.

 speaking of walking the doggie… its been below zero for way to long! its not even a thought to take the dog for a walk in this weather!!

Sleeping Alone SUCKS!

So I cried myself to sleep last night cuz I was all alone… its sucks! I never thought he would actually be gone. I know it is what i wanted… or what had to be done… but it’s still hard.

 Now back to the dating life…. oh boy! I can’t wait! haha
