		<description>woo hoo! Congrats. Great Idea with the ribbon thing. I think I'd rather take paperclips off. Put one on for every pound i have to lose, and once all them are gone then I'm there! :o haha that would be awesome. I'm not really on any plan right now but I want to make good choices when there are options.</description>

		<description>About 2-3 months ago I got rid of a ton of clothes that were too big so I wouldn't be tempted to let myself slide. Well now I'm at the highest I can be without buying new clothes! I have no choice but to get motivated! I'm also considering a job offer. If I take it, I'll need new clothes, but I'm not ready to buy clothes *this big.* I want to lose back down so I can buy clothes in a smaller size, like I was 6 months ago. So all these things are adding up to me needing to stick to it! Also, with all these possibly huge changes in my life, I know I always feel more in control and I have better self-esteem when I'm losing and watching what I eat. And if the new job becomes a reality, I'll need the boost of confidence!</description>

It just took a lot of time for me to slowly cut back and start over from square one. It's funny how I can't just jump right back in. It takes one little thing at a time. I also had to start graphing my weight daily. It was the only way I could focus first thing in the morning on what I needed to do to get that number down. Of course it goes up and day from day to day, but the overall trend was down 4 pounds for the week! I'm so happy about this! Hopefully this week will be just as good! Hang in there. Sounds like you've got your head screwed on correctly.</description>

I hardly can believe- I've put in alot of effort I went over my points just a little last week and... no change! still 11.11 lost some mili lb's 11.11.8- 11.11.2 :S I have eaten very healthy so much fruit and veges! I feel grood about that. Gold star for you! (just have to figure away to do this 'points' score system) hehe- watch out for that this week.. any ideas how you'd like us to do the rewards etc? Again congratulations and have a great week! :D</description>
