Quick Note…

So I lost NOTHING this past week on Wendi Plan. I’m thinking that using up all my Flex Points each week probably isn’t best for me… but it could also be water weight, although I don’t “feel” that. I think I may go back to my original plan of high day-low day-high day but within my own points target (ie. 22, 24, 22, 24…. or even 22, 20, 22, 20). I’m getting a little frustrated!
Off to work… have healthy foods packed, have healthy dinner in crock pot (I cooked dinner at 5:30 am!!!!), hoping for the best! ![]()

Good for you to jump right back in. You sounded really down in your comment to my post yesterday! Tweak a little this week and pray for results — scale or non-scale! Have a great one!

You can do it. Just play around with it, like Donna said. Something will eventually click for your body. Just do not give up.
