Week 10, Day 2

I had a good day…. ate healthy food, got in some exercise (!!!), ate veggies, drank water, got my two dairies…. over all, pretty good! I’ve been thinking about my new plan, and I don’t have a definite agenda yet, but I hope to develop it before next week. Here’s my food diary:
B: Oatmeal To Go Square, 4
B: Starbucks FF, SF Vanilla Latte, 2
L: Grilled chicken salad, 4
L: Orange, 1
L: Crackers, 3
L: Hersey kisses (3), 2
S: Fudgesicle, 1
D: Pork tenderloin, 4
D: Steamed broccoli, 1
D: Ice Cream cone, 3.5
30 minute walk
TOTAL: 25.5
