Week 7, Day 3

Ok kids… I’m back on track! I didn’t eat all my points yesterday as I was STUFFED, but I think that’s okay considering how much I ate on previous days :) Like I said yesterday, I’m not able to weigh myself since I’m not at home this month. I think that’s a good thing; maybe I’ll learn to trust my body more than numbers on a points calculator or a scale.

I’ve noticed even today just how much better I feel when I’m eating well. I don’t feel bloated, oily, etc. and I even feel more like an attractive, happy person! My goal today is to keep on point, drink more water (it’s hard to get 8 a day in right now since I’m not really anywhere where I can get water, drink water, or pee…), and maybe even exercise some after work. I don’t know this neighborhood so well, but it’s gorgeous and with the time change, there’s really no excuse! We’ll see :)

Scale: None… will weigh on Saturday a.m.

  • Back-up anticipated S (if the Fudgesicle left me wanting more…): Fruit and Hot Tea, 1
