Ughhh…. Week 7, Day 2

I’ve been on an EAT FEST since you’ve last heard from me. It’s disgusting and needs to stop immediately. I’ve probably had 50 points a day. GROSS!!! I feel awful. And the scale! YUCK!
So I’m out of town this MONTH for a rotation in Family Medicine. I am living in an awful apartment in small town America that has no “off” switch for the heat apparently. There also is very little lighting here… so it’s VERY dark. At least it will put me to bed
But since I had to bring ALL of my own food, I have 100% control over what I eat and don’t eat. That’s good, right? I’m going home on the weekends, so that might be another story. I’m also unable to weigh myself here, which I’m kinda looking forward to. I weighed in this morning at *GASP* 173.0, but I feel MUCH heavier than that. I’m hoping for a good weigh-in on Saturday morning back at home

- B: 100cal pack Hostess Muffins, 1.5
- B: Coffee, 0
- L: PB Sandwich, 5
- L: Kashi Bar, 2.5
- L: Unsweetened Applesauce, 1
- D: Subway Turkey with cheese on Honey Oat, 7.5
- S: Fat Free Fudgesicle, 1
- TOTAL: 18.5 (under the “22/day” but I’ve eaten so much recently that I think it’s a-okay!)
