Week 6, Day 5

I don’t know where that scale reading came from, but I’ll take it! 171.6 this morning! How I lost 0.6 lb in a day is a mystery, but maybe it was my body finally recognizing that it needed to drop down a bit
I had a great day yesterday: a few more points than normal (23 or 24 instead of 22), lots of fresh fruit, never hungry for snacking, a great walk (about 45 min), and constantly busy! I’m hoping for more of the same today. It’s about 70 here today, which means I can’t WAIT to get outside later
Scale: 171.6

B: Coffee, 0
B: Oatmeal-To-Go Square, 4
S:Kashi Trail Mix Bar, 2.5
L: 2 Hebrew National 97% RF Beef Hotdogs with Lite Wheat Buns, 3 (didn’t eat all of the second one)
L: Some lite cheesey poofs, 4 (clearly, some meant lots and lots)
L: TJs 100cal Oatmeal Choc Chip Cookies, 2
S: FF CoolWhip… frozen like ice cream (weird I know), 2?
Total: 17.5 so far… eeks.
