Week 6, Day 4

Well yesterday seemed like another “blow it” day even though I did well… probably just because I snacked a lot in the evening but I enjoyed the couple things I ate, and in all reality, they weren’t that bad for me. I was also much out of my routine yesterday, getting lunch at a shop without nutritional info available and then Bible study was cancelled 2/2 bad weather so I was free to snack during Biggest Loser!
I still can’t figure out what I need to do to start and keep losing! I don’t know if I am losing and the scale is not showing it, if I need to change my diet/points, or if I just need to hang tight. I do think I may need to eat more during the day and less in the evening, so I’m going to try not eating after dinner tonight. That will force me to eat some better food earlier this morning or this afternoon. I also might bump my points up to 23/day and try to eat about 24 one day, 22 the next to see where that takes me. Right now, my weight puts me right at the bump down between 24 to 22, so maybe that’s a good solution. I dunno…
Probably another busy day today! I need to get planning for all the things I need to do, but I’ll update on my food throughout the day. Have a good one!
