Week 6, Day 3

Scale is up more today despite a really good points day yesterday, all of my water, and a long walk + loads of housework which I’m sure counts for some sort of exercise, too. Maybe I need 23 points a day instead of 22 which is sometimes 21? I’m teetering at the 24-22 mark, so maybe I should bump it up one and see what happens? Maybe it’s the blow-out eat-fest on Saturday catching up with me? Who knows. But I do know that I’m going to keep on keeping on… the pounds have to budge at some point or else I have to have something wrong with me!

B: Coffee, 0
B: Steel-cut oatmeal with fresh blueberries, 3
Water x2
L: 1/2c chicken noodle soup, 2?
L: Half of a ham sandwich with honey mustard, 6?
L: Potato chips, 3.5
Unsweetened tea x2
S: Apple, 1
D: Chicken Chili, 4
D: RF cheese, 1
D: Whole wheat tortilla, 2
S: Ice cream sandwich, 2
S: RF cheese poofs, 2
Total 26.5
