Week 6, Day 2

Sorry for the lack of updates over the weekend. We had a busy time and points were an almost disaster. I probably used, oh, 20 flex points for dinner on Saturday night! Sunday was good though.. maybe 1 point over my 22-point allotment. The scale has been at 172.2 ALL WEEKEND. Seriously, I sometimes think that isn’t a real reading just by how naturally it goes to that number. I exercised yesterday and drank lots of water. I was very hungry, but I used my points judiciously. I’m hoping to do much of the same today, but I’m not so optimistic about how this program is going for me. I don’t know how to rev up the weight loss! It seems like it should be going somewhere by now… and what about that 171.6 last week? Was that a gimick?
