My Goals
So, this page had to be reworked. I wasn’t getting very far very fast so I have new goals. They are much simpler and more attainable. As of today, there is about 149 days until my wedding. Approximately 21 weeks. Overall, I am wanting to lose about 60 pounds. That’s not feasable in 149 days. I am wanting to be down to 145, however, by the wedding, I want to be 160-165 range. That means about 2 pounds a week which is deffinitaly an attainable goal.
1. Weigh every Monday morning
2. LogĀ in my food/activitings to WW.com everyday
3. Blog on here at least every other day
4. Go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
5. Do at least 45 minutes of cardio on each gym day
6. Do weights on 3 of the gym days
7. Do 250 crunches everyday
8. Drink at least 64 oz of water every day
9. Try not to use my flex points
10. Feel great by my wedding day!!
