I am totally a goal-oriented person–and not just the end-goal. I need lots of little goals to keep me motivated.

10 lb mini-goals

  • 224 to 214–reward ?? 
  • 234 to 224–acheived 2/11 (reward-new piece of jewelry)
  • 244 to 234–acheived 1/21 (reward-new pair of workout shoes)

Monthly Lifestyle Goals

As I progress through this journey I want to make changes to my lifestyle so I am going to set one goal a month that focuses on one specific thing that will make my lifestyle more healthy.

February Lifestyle Goal

No naps on the weekend! Since having kids I have been addicted to napping on the weekends. I want to break this habit and February will be the month to do it. My reward for accomplishing this goal: a new purse for spring.
