New Years Resolutions

1.       Win Lotto…get a nanny, house keeper, chief and never worry about bills again.

Ok that’s not going to happen so I’d better think of some more..

1.       Finally get my health in order, that means going gluten free, eating better and giving up the dreaded chocolate addiction that seems to have me (oh why did I think of chocolate!!! Now I really want some).

2.       Take up running again. This year my goal is to run 6kms without stopping or keeling over.

3.   Find a way to enjoy exercise…gosh, is that even possible?

4.   Bike ride with the kids to school at least twice a week.

5.   Exercise (that being full on, walking or heavy housework) everyday.

6.   Complete a 30 day health makeover starting today.

7.   Take accountability of my eating problems and the emotional reasons for it.

Alright already, lets do it…lets just do it for once.
