Yet another long day. I caught a kid cheating today. It just makes everything harder. I’m dissappointed. I would have thought that I could trust this kid. I really need to be more viligent about watching them. This caused me to go to PF Chang’s while not really cheating is not the best choice either. Afterwards, I wanted to go shopping because I’ve been looking for a light pink shirt. I didn’t find one because all the sleeves on the ones I see are too short, and my arms look awful. I did find three cute shirts though. I hate/love buying clothes right now because I hope that soon enough, they’ll be too big. Anyway, I got remotivated in trying on clothes, so we went for an hour walk with the dog when we got home. It was pretty nice, and I’m looking forward to another one tomorrow. I think morning duty really throws off my week. Then the next week I have to recover from my morning duty week, so it looks like I have one good week, and then I go back to duty. Argh! I’m just hoping that next year will be calmer. If not, I’ll just have to make the most of my summer and lose as much as possible and then just maintain during the school year, which means it’s going to take me forever to get to goal. I am currently right at a loss of 60. It sounds like so much but I don’t look or feel that much different. Buying clothes is a little bit easier, but I’m still not quite happy. I’m going to get to bed so I can make the most of tomorrow. Maybe I can get in two walks tomorrow because I doubt I’ll do much walking during the week.
We’re having a weird problem with the treadmill. After my dad fixed it, he had to adjust the belt a little, and now it’s really slippery in a few spots. I tried to scuff it up to increase the traction but no improvement. We wiped it off, but we’re going to try to clean it more thouroughly. I am hoping we can get it worked out even though luckily, right now walking outside is quite enjoyable.
