When I was on spring break, I thought that I had time for this. Then went back to work and next thing I knew school was out. Hopefully, I can pull this off this summer!

This morning I made my way to the scale with anticipation after my first day of being back OP. I had stayed within my points and had managed all my water and even got some activity in by putting weed n feed on the lawn. So I stepped on and looked down, and got the pleasant news that I was down 2.6 from yesterday! Yea! I know this is not a real WI and could just be water, but it certainly is motivation to stay on track!

or in this case the the scale! I have been avoiding the scale for months. But having decided to do this again, I needed the information. So. this morning first thing, I peed and then tapped the scale a few times with my toe to turn it on, stepped on, closed my eyes tight, said a little prayer, and then took a look. Ughhh! Even worse than I thought! 222.8! So now I already have my ww.com weight tracker open and have entered my weight. Good news is that I have not gained back everything.
So I drink my coffee with SnL and 2T Creamer (1 point) and plan my day. The kiddos go to preschool today, and I am still on spring break, so I am going to make a trip to Trader Joe’s to stock up on some of my fav low-point eats. I can do this!

2:45 pm - It is Spring Break and the kids are napping. I am sorting our winter clothes and getting out clothes for the new season. Yea! I am going to be able to get outside and get some exercise without piling on the clothes. Yikes! People are going to see my pale, dimpled, fat legs! I should have started this sooner… but no time like the present.
I am 41, married to my DH nearly 5years and we have two beautiful boys Nathan, (5/7/04) and Nicholas (5/5/05) and I need to get the weight off before they are playing t-ball and someone asks about their mom and one of the says, “she is the old, fat, blonde lady over there”. I can’t do anything about my age, but I can certainly get rid of the fat! My boys need healthy parents. I am going to do this! I was at WW goal back in 1999, so I know what I have to do, I just need to stay motivated. I need support as I can’t get to WW meetings for a few weeks.
