		<description>What you just wrote sounds a lot like my story. I have a friend that I talk to often, and it seems our conversations often turn to weight loss. And we both give each other GREAT advice! No problem with knowing what to do--the problem is actually following through and consistently taking the advice! And I'm not in much of a position to be giving advice here, but I recently listened to "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" on a long road trip. I thought it was interesting that the first "habit" is being proactive--and in the chapter the author wrote about the necessity to be able to keep promises, to ourselves and to others. That really hit home to me...the key is not just to know what we need to do, but also to have the personal integrity to carry out those actions. The author (Stephen Covey) suggested developing this habit by making small promises to ourselves and following through with them. In that way we can build up our confidence and ability to carry out bigger and bigger things. Hope that helps somewhat, and know that you are not alone, and we will succeed.</description>

		<description>Are you on Weight Watchers? The beginning point is the hardest I think, actually those first few weeks are just kinda awkward. You struggle with getting full, but at the same time hoard the points in the early day to make sure you are keeoing enough points to last the end of the day. To me, I just had to get focused, and jump in and not look back. Dont dwell on the idea of being on a diet, thats a bummer. Because you are really making a lifestyle eating habits change. Thats the only way you will be able to loose and keep it off. I started at 173, Its been a long process because I lost 20 pounds then took a break because we were moving across the world. Then I picked it back up and have lost 42 pounds total, with 6 to go. You can do this if you put your mind to it. Its not a quick thing, but you will look and feel so awesome when you start loosing!</description>
