Shouldn’t this make me happy?!

I’m complaining~I know! 3 pounds down is a lot~but I’ve been on the program for 6 weeks and all I have lost is 6 pounds! I just feel like 1 pound a week~yes, its good, but 1 pound a week! I was hoping to be more towards my 10% mark by now! I’m still 12 pounds away! My goal was to  be there in 3 weeks! Ugh, sorry for complaining…

  1. 1 pound a week is awesome! In fact, 1-2 pounds (though most things I’ve read lean closer to the 1) is the safest, and longer-lasting, way to lose weight. Rapid weight loss usually means rapid weight gain once you meet your goal and stop keeping quite a close watch on what you’re doing.
