Another Wens. dying down….On a great note~Roni made the cover! How gorgeous she looks! What a great person inside and out!! 
Bad note~I ate McDonalds today~UGH!! The sad part about it is I wasn’t hungry, I didn’t need it, want it…etc…I was upset about a fight my husband and I got into and my best girlfriend came over and well McDonald’s was the ending to that story!! 
Well~that is okay, I”m going to take it out of my “extra points”~Skipped the gym today~I’ve already hit it twice this week, I’m planning on going to tomorrow~NO! Make that I AM GOING!!
