Friday!! I think I missed something last night! The 100 grand bar I shoveled in while watching TV. I am 184 this morning. Up two pound since I started. Still trying and frustrated! OF course no working out.

Not a good morning, but salt and chocolate are not a good combo. Look forward to lunch!

Missing Time

Where oh where does the time go?I thought I could keep up with this blog but obviously time is faster than me!! The last few days have been so stressful at work and running kids everywhere. Eating has been a real problem for me. I actually feel the need to stop at Mcdonalds for a Mcflurry on the ride home!

Today is a new day. I know it is emotional eating . I just need to find a new outlet for my emotions. Here’s the chart!

Friday (Good Friday)

Here I am at work on Good Friday, so slow. I guess everyone else took the day off. My DH is home with the kids so I thought I would work anyway. Eating yesterday afternnon was OK. I need to get to the store and buy some healthy snacks. I love the 100 calorie packs, but I need to add more fruits and veggies to my meals. I shouldn’t be all about easy to eat packs. I stopped and got muffins this morning. Not a good idea, but I have a low points lunch planned and will have a small dinner made at home.

Thanks for all the replies on the chart! By the way I get 24 points per day. This morning I weighed in at 178. I haven’t been in the 170’s since before having the girl amost 10 years ago. Yikes where did the time go!

Thursday morning!

Still trying to get a feel for this blogging thing. I told my husband I started one and he was like a what. You can see technology is not number one in our house. I’m off to Excel to set up a food points chart. Be back soon!
