WI today….
Tuesday is here. I recommitted myself to a healthy lifestyle 1 week ago. I must say, I didn’t do terrible, but I didn’t do what I envisioned. I found ways of talking myself into eating too many wpa’s. I’ve got to make a committment to count wpa’s and stick to it. I’m not very good at estimating as I’d like to think.
I stepped on the scale and see that it may have moved down 1.5 lbs, but only the scale tonight at my WI will tell. I’m motivated today and will continue to keep this frame of mind for the rest of the week and my life.
Exercise. What an obstacle it seems. I must work on getting into a routine and sticking to it! Is it to get up early? Walk on my lunchbreak at work? After work? In the evening? Just one day at a time. 10-20 minutes a day to start…. I CAN DO THIS!
Yes, you can! Any kind of exercise/movement will help. Even if it’s getting up and moving once an hour or so. You CAN do this!
