It’s been too long…..
sorry everyone if I’ve let you down on my progress!!! I’ve went through ALOT in the last few months and so much has happened in my life!! I’ve ballooned all the way up to 275 lbs and I really need to do something about it. I know doing WW is about the only thing that seem to help me. My husband was in a bad car wreck back in March and he is currently disabled and i had to return to work in order to get by. I’ve been on a roller coaster but,I feel miserable and I want to be able to loose this weight and feel better.

I’ve done even worse today. I guess I Should Leave the sausage and biscuits to My hubby and the kids. Going to Go buy some Bottled Water and Diet Drinks today so it won’t be so many points. My old WW Counselor said to NEVER drink up your points to always save your points for the good stuff! I guess she’s right. I’m thinking of doing protein shakes for breakfast.

Eating Healthy on a Budget
Well,I really need to loose weight but,I really feel to do so can be quite expensive at the Grocery Store. Alot of Times I resort to whats on sale that week which could be greasy High Carbed Foods. I just don’t know what to make on short notice. Something thats quick and easy and yet healthy

Exercise Idea for Stay at home Moms
I’m at stay at home mother and I was wondering what other women do who have little ones running around. I want to start working out but,it has to be low cost because I don’t work and can’t afford to go buy equipment to put into my already to small house.
I really want to buy the New Firm Videos but,right now we are lucky we have our heads outta the water financially. I want to start walking but,for my 1 year old I think its way too cold out and she stay sick it seems and I don’t want to get her out in the cold.

Well I know I was in the negative range but I wasn’t feeling well and I’ve not done this is a long time so I guess I’m going to have to really get committed to this if I truly want to loose the weight. I need to start drinking only 1 soda a day and I really need to change it to Caffeine free or diet and that would help with points. I also need to buy me some bottled water.

More Commited
Well,today I’m all by myself at least til 4pm. I had my husbands Aunt watch Leah last nite. Either I’m up with her late and then get up early with her or she won’t go to sleep at hours at a time. I don’t know what her problem is but,I’ve got to get her sleeping on her own its taking its toll on me. My husband works 13 hours a day Monday -Saturday so I rarely ask him to take over. SAturday nite I stayed up till 2 am helping my stepdaughter make Inviataions for her 16th Birthday part and every idea I had wasn’t good enough so I was like fine I’m going to bed. She stayed up till 3:30 am and her dad got up and he was ticked off. She has been spending way too much time online lately especially on myspace. It really made me mad because I could have went to bed but instead I tried helping her and she didn’t appreciate it.
Well,we finally got our Own computer. Thank Goodness. I figured maybe some ppl on here can keep me more accountable since I can’t go to weight watchen meetings. So,maybe if I can post my food for the day on here I could really watch what I’m doing and maybe someone out there could gimme some pointers along the way. I just wished it was warmer where I could go walking everyday. I want to start working out but,what do I do? I have back problems and I watch what I do because sometimes I can’t do it. Well,I hope that I can start loosing now.

New Roots
Well,this is my first post here and I guess you could say I’m learning the ropes of this place not sure if I will like it or not but,we’ll see. Anyways. I really need to start getting back on Weight Watchers. I had a baby over a year ago and I desperately need to start trying to loose weight. Well I will write more later….Come stay awhile and get to know me.
