Time is NOT on my side

Date August 28, 2007

Or… I could just be squishing too many things in a 24 hour period.  Possibly?

The older I get the more I don’t like to sacrifice the things I do for myself.  That includes making a healthy meal, working out, spending quality time with the toddler and posting to this blog.  Those 4 things are not negotiable no matter how busy I am.  I did all 4 today.

However, something does have to give so I can’t catch everyone up tonight after posting my new produce pick and dinner idea.  They took everything out of me.  I’m also super behind on email, comments and the community. Please bear with me while I get used to my new schedule.

  1. Don’t forget time with the husband in your list. He is your #1 supporter!

  2. oh yea, THAT guy. ;~) He’s a no brainer for the time spent thing and you are right he is my #1 fan. :~D

  3. Roni, I may have missed a post about this, but I miss you not indicating the points along with the list of your food journal. It is helpful to know how you space the points out and that some times you go over (using flex) yet still are maintaining and looking fabulous.

Could you bring back listing the estimated points? Please?

    Thanks,

  4. You are doing great, don’t stress about us. We’ll be here. It takes time to adjust to a new schedule and I really have no idea how you do so much. You are doing awesome so keep it up and you will find balance :).

  5. Roni, I definitely know what you mean about being pressed for time. I think that’s part of the territory when you have kids, a hubby, a job, etc. Try not to stress girl, life’s too short!
