That bad  

Well I didn’t post what I ate yesterday because it was so bad I didn’t even record it.  I binged bad.  It was a really rough day and I let my emotions get the best of the food.  I am off to work now but I will post later what happend to make me end up with such a horrible binge fest.

Hello world!  

Ok I am going to give this a shot.  I am every day looking at weight loss material and listening to podcasts.  Here’s hoping this can help keep me motivated and if helps anyone else out there then that’s great. 

 A little bit about myself.  My name is Dolce; the name my husband gave me when we started dating.  I am 26 years old and am married with two dogs and a ferret.  I have been with my husband 8 years and would love to start a family, but that would require a lot of weight loss and even more miracles.  At my highest I was 206.  Right now I am 191.  I rejoined Weight Watchers on April 3rd after many failed attempts with other programs and trying “it” on my own.  So far since rejoining I have lost 7 lbs so I am heading in the right direction.

That’s about it for now.  I am sure I will have a lot to say since that has always gotten me in trouble in the past.  Wish me luck and I will do the same.
