A successful individual typically sets his next goal somewhat but not too much above his last achievement. In this way he steadily raises his level of aspiration.

I thought this was good for today. I weighed in last night, and find myself to have lost another 5 pounds. I am thinking of what my goal is for my next weigh in, but I want to be realistic. I don’t expect 5 pounds every two weeks. It would be grand, but unlikely.

Well, I had a weigh in tonight at the gym. It was kind of on a whim…I was supposed to do it tomorrow, but I asked to use the “good” scale in the office tonight, and when I saw what the number was I asked them to write it down and make it an official weigh in!
I lost another 5 pounds for a total of 9 1/2 since beginning WW three weeks ago! I am loving this! I realize not all weigh-ins will be so great, but I am riding this wave of goodness for a while…forgive me!!

Remember what I said about logging those points from my Chinese dinner last night and then maybe re-checking the guilt quotient?……OMG!

Note to self:
Lay off the leftovers sister!!!

Well, as I told you earlier today I had a weigh-in tonight at the gym. I was 260 1/4 two weeks ago. Tonight I weighted in at 255 3/4! Four and a half pounds! WOOO HOOO!!!
Needless to say I am very happy about that number. I have been working out hard and following Weight Watchers for just under a week now and it’s really worth it. I am so glad to know this is working.
That’s really all for tonight…it’s getting late and I still feel like I have a ton of stuff to do before my head hits the pillow…
