Thought for the day:
There aren’t enough crutches in the world for all the lame excuses.
That being said, I’m starting my week off with a positive mindset. I know I can do this…this fitness thing, weight loss can be mine. It really is my choice. I signed up yesterday, and so far so good. I think I understand how it all works…that earning points for activity thing is cool. and what is with the WEEKLY POINTS? Are those extra points I can use throughout the week guilt free? How cool is that? Read the rest of this entry »

Not sure if everyone in here is on WW or if there is a mixture of all sorts of plans. I have not yet joined WW but will be doing that next week on payday!
I’ve gotten my hands on a points finder and I think I know what my range should be but I’m not certain. Can anyone help me out with this? I weigh 260, and I’m 5′7″. Don’t know what other stats are used to determine your range….Thanks in advance!!

Here we are on Friday…finally the end of the week…the only thing better is payday Friday but that will be here in a week!
I am heading to a scrapbook night at a local church tonight. A fun occasion to be sure but a risky one too….see, it’s Italian night. Everyone brings something and we all share. Let’s see, I’m Michele. Just turned 42, married with a 16 year old daughter and two stepsons…one almost 16 and the other just 21. Enough about them…this is for me…when you are a working mom to teens so little is just for you, ya know?
I stumbled upon Roni’s page quite by accident about a month ago while searching the internet for whole wheat orzo. She has used it and had a little blurb about it in her blog.
