I found the following on another blog (http://blogs.weightwatchen.com/klw313/) here in weight watchen……and it’s a great one! Kim’s really onto something here!
“Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to catch fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime.”
My version: Give a woman a plan to lose weight and she’ll get skinny. Teach her to deal with her food issues and she’ll stay skinny. Read the rest of this entry »
