Finally there is a female Biggest Loser winner! Yeah Ali!!!! She looks fantastic! And unlike many other contestants, she doesn’t look like she was EVER overweight to begin with! Just looking around the quotations page and found this little gem, thought it would kind of fit for all/most of us! I never knew it took nerve to start this journey until I actually started it….sounds cliche but it’s very empowering!
