Not sure if everyone in here is on WW or if there is a mixture of all sorts of plans.  I have not yet joined WW but will be doing that next week on payday! 

I’ve gotten my hands on a points finder and I think I know what my range should be but I’m not certain.  Can anyone help me out with this?  I weigh 260, and I’m 5′7″.  Don’t know what other stats are used to determine your range….Thanks in advance!!

Here we are on Friday…finally the end of the week…the only thing better is payday Friday but that will be here in a week!

I am heading to a scrapbook night at a local church tonight.  A fun occasion to be sure but a risky one too….see, it’s Italian night.  Everyone brings something and we all share.  Do I save points all day and eat carefully?  Do I say the heck with it for a night and go all out (and feel like a stuffed cow later).  Read the rest of this entry »
