		<description><![CDATA[bright and early tomorrow morning&#8230; off to our ladies&#8217; family getaway/retreat/time/break! (:  I won&#8217;t be posting till Sunday or Monday but here&#8217;s the plan:

<p>I&#8217;ll let you know how I do.  I weigh in on Tuesday so that should be strong motivation! (:  DD&#8217;s on the mend (I pray!) and it looks to be a fun (relaxing??) weekend!</p>

She follows me around and whines till I pick her up.  Even when I get her to go off and play it doesn&#8217;t last more than 2 minutes!  She has napped [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h1>Well DD&#8217;s still sick&#8230; I&#8217;m sure most of you out there know what that does to your day: not much accomplished.  She follows me around and whines till I pick her up.  Even when I get her to go off and play it doesn&#8217;t last more than 2 minutes!  She has napped quite a bit today so that&#8217;s good&#8230; and she is soo snuggly! And for me that part is fun&#8230; because she&#8217;s not a cuddler at all&#8230; I do love that part of sickness&#8230; what a little lover.  But I&#8217;m so glad that she&#8217;s down for the night!  As for my eating.. it&#8217;s slowly adjusting.  I haven&#8217;t quite cut out all the sweets (as you can see from yesterday and today&#8230;) but I&#8217;m working on it&#8230; and I&#8217;m working more fruits &amp; veggies and water into each day!</h1>

It&#8217;s going to take an adjustment to my eating habits that I have allowed to slip.. but it&#8217;s a much needed adjustment!  I knew I&#8217;d prob weigh in high today, and I&#8217;m simply excited to see that number start dropping again.  This morning the scale read 153.2 - about 4 lbs up from my lowest weight thus far, and about 1 up from last week.</h1>

<p>Today is just bad all around. If I stop eating now, I might come out ok. ): I just chose to eat a sausage mc muffin at McD&#8217;s where my parents met me for breakfast&#8230; BAD CHOICE. I don&#8217;t know the points value and I don&#8217;t want to know.  Tomorrow Allison and I weigh in and our &#8220;bet&#8221; begins&#8230; so this was my last day that I can eat bad. NO MORE!</p>

<p>I&#8217;m really proud of myself today. I got back on track of writing down everythign and i even spent part of my day hungry, because i knew I had quite  a few points coming at dinner w/ my BIL and SIL.  Strawberry Shortcake was strawberries sweetened w/ splenda and ff cool whip, and angel food cake. Not too bad in the calorie dept. and I ate a TON of strawberries.  The bbq chicken was super low too. The mashed pot. killed me. They&#8217;re my favorite! </p>
<p>Anyway, Overall I had a great day and I&#8217;m ready to start again tomorrow!</p>

<p>Obviously there&#8217;s something wrong w/ our scale.  I called DH. He doesn&#8217;t have the receipt or even the box.  I&#8217;m wondering if it could be off because we&#8217;ve had it in our van and traveling back and forth between our house the the house we&#8217;re housesitting at??!?! Maybe there&#8217;s a way to reset it?? IDK.  Anyone know??</p>
<p>If not then I&#8217;m going to go to Fred Myers and just see what they can do.  Maybe they would trade it for the same one and I could give them the box.  Of course if it has the same problem then what??? SO DUMB. It is a $32 scale.  I&#8217;d expect this on a $15.00 one, and maybe $20&#8230;. but not for what we paid. [sigh]</p>
<p>Needless to say&#8230; I am back to tracking points and posting them on my blog.  I have been WAY too lax w/ that&#8230; and look where it got me (: a 10 lb loss! tee hee!</p>
