bright and early tomorrow morning… off to our ladies’ family getaway/retreat/time/break! (: I won’t be posting till Sunday or Monday but here’s the plan:
1) Oatmeal for breakfast (that’s all I’m packing, should be tough to stick to!)
2) Smart Ones for lunch (frozen WW meals)
3) community dinner. Our night is burrito enchiladas. Not too bad on the calorie side if I can make a couple w/ easy cheese.
4) snacks: popcorn & sf puddings
I’ll let you know how I do. I weigh in on Tuesday so that should be strong motivation! (: DD’s on the mend (I pray!) and it looks to be a fun (relaxing??) weekend!

Well DD’s still sick… I’m sure most of you out there know what that does to your day: not much accomplished. She follows me around and whines till I pick her up. Even when I get her to go off and play it doesn’t last more than 2 minutes! She has napped quite a bit today so that’s good… and she is soo snuggly! And for me that part is fun… because she’s not a cuddler at all… I do love that part of sickness… what a little lover. But I’m so glad that she’s down for the night! As for my eating.. it’s slowly adjusting. I haven’t quite cut out all the sweets (as you can see from yesterday and today…) but I’m working on it… and I’m working more fruits & veggies and water into each day!

Today is day one of Allison and my bet. It’s going to take an adjustment to my eating habits that I have allowed to slip.. but it’s a much needed adjustment! I knew I’d prob weigh in high today, and I’m simply excited to see that number start dropping again. This morning the scale read 153.2 - about 4 lbs up from my lowest weight thus far, and about 1 up from last week.

FIRST OF ALL… If you didnt’ see my scrapbook pages below (3 posts down) then please take a glance (: I am so proud of them and I hate posting new posts that push that post further down the page.
Sunday update… ate w/ in my calories, almost no fruits or veggies. ): got all my water in, skipped the gym.
Today is just bad all around. If I stop eating now, I might come out ok. ): I just chose to eat a sausage mc muffin at McD’s where my parents met me for breakfast… BAD CHOICE. I don’t know the points value and I don’t want to know. Tomorrow Allison and I weigh in and our “bet” begins… so this was my last day that I can eat bad. NO MORE!

I’m really proud of myself today. I got back on track of writing down everythign and i even spent part of my day hungry, because i knew I had quite a few points coming at dinner w/ my BIL and SIL. Strawberry Shortcake was strawberries sweetened w/ splenda and ff cool whip, and angel food cake. Not too bad in the calorie dept. and I ate a TON of strawberries. The bbq chicken was super low too. The mashed pot. killed me. They’re my favorite!
Anyway, Overall I had a great day and I’m ready to start again tomorrow!

Scrappin’ today! It’s been fun. We haven’t got a lot done (my mom and I) because dd got shots yesterday and she is SUPER irritable today. I finally put her down for the night and I have 4 pages almost done. I hope I can share them on my blog at some point… just cause they’re so darn cute!
Eating today was good. I had self control and ate well… lean pork tacos YUM! lots of fruit and lots of water!… with a little cup of icecream to end the night… my only major indulgence… (:
Tomorrow I hope to do Turbo Jam… (cross my fingers!)
