I’m really proud of myself today. I got back on track of writing down everythign and i even spent part of my day hungry, because i knew I had quite  a few points coming at dinner w/ my BIL and SIL.  Strawberry Shortcake was strawberries sweetened w/ splenda and ff cool whip, and angel food cake. Not too bad in the calorie dept. and I ate a TON of strawberries.  The bbq chicken was super low too. The mashed pot. killed me. They’re my favorite! 

Anyway, Overall I had a great day and I’m ready to start again tomorrow!
