I’m doing good so far! I’ve been packing good lunches every day in spite of the stress that’s been going on in my life.

I started out good and then I am not sure what happened. I think I just got busy and planned my meals out in my head but they never fully went on paper. So I will do better this month. How many days does it take a habit to form? I can’t remember. Maybe 14 or 21 days.
