New Plan.

Saturday morning. I got up and did Step. Felt great! For a grand total of 4 hours and 55 min of cardio this week and an hour of group power! I think that’s the most I’ve ever done. I ate terrible this week. I admit it. I was up .4 at weigh in this morning…. so I have the next week to crack down and drop two! That’s my goal this week. A 2 lb loss. I can do this and I will. No slipping up. I am going to flex this week. I will work hard to eat CORE foods (Flore like Roni talked about) but I will not go over my points if I choose to not eat CORE foods. I will post each day, and we’ll see what happens next Saturday!
