**February Freedom Challenge Update**

I did well this weekend. Not perfect, no. But well. My goal was to eat my F&V’s, drink water, and work out at least once. Well I ate 6/8 F&V’s (used to eat none on the weekends!), I drank 10/8 waters (used to be 4/8 or so), and I WORKED OUT TWICE! Ya!

Danielle….great week! That’s a huge improvement from what you used to do! We have to remember that “weekends” do count, so being consistent will eventually pay off! Keep it up!
