CORE Day 20!! [hopefully] getting back to normal

**1st of all** Thanks for all the well wishes for DD and more sleep for me! (; She is on the mend (cross my fingers) and I’m planning on catching up on exercise and sleep this weekend!

Fell off the eating wagon yesterday at the inlaws. I ate too much chocolate. Came home had a sensible dinner. DH wanted Coldstone Icecream. I made a good choice there.. but it didn’t taste good and I wish I just wouldn’t have even gone. (Well honestly, last night, I wished I would have just gotten real ice cream instead of that fake stuff… yuck! :-) ) Today is a new day… weighing in up .6 from 2 weeks ago… when I was almost sure I’d be down :-( I didn’t get all my water in yesterday and that def. had something to do w/ my WI, but it’s besides the point… I would have been down if I hadn’t eaten over my flex points and out of control at various points last week. Today’s a new day (did I already say that??!) and I’m doing well. I have some time to sit down and menu-plan (next on my agenda) and I plan to have an incredible OP week! So all you fellow bloggers, stay tuned! :8

    Looks like normalcy is right around the corner. Your weigh-in will be much better next week….you just wait and see.
