**February Challenge** Week 1 updates!

Here’s how everyone’s doing so far!

Jacquie: new habit: yogurt every day: ??? How you doing Jacqui???

Me: I’m getting my waters in like a mad woman! I’ve recognized what makes me fall off plan on the weekends and am adjusting to make it work for me. I worked out on Sunday! Woo hoo!

Tania (big tickles): new habit: set a menu of what she will eat -A work in progress! (: She’s doing well to recognize what makes her fall of plan and is adjusting!  She’s making a menu of meals and snacks to keep her on track!  Good work Tania!

Lacey Q: new habit: cook more using whole grains, fresh veggies, and lean protein. Lacey only ate one frozen meal last week! And she made a yummy dish! Good work (:

Laura (Fit & Healthy Mom) - new habit: eating yogurt instead of chocolate -seems to be doing well (:

Jacki (Not Just Any Girl) - new habit: exercise 3 days/week - she’s beat it by doing 4! Woo hoo! Go Jacki!

Kim (Kim’s Journey…) - Kim is giving up red meat and sweets for Lent: and avoiding Valentines day candy! WOW!

Allison (To Goal I Go) - new habit: : exercising 3 days/week She’s on the road to success! She’s worked out several days, not quite at goal but getting closer! Good for you Alli!

Gotta Have Faith - new good habit: Packing a healthy lunch every single day. - and she’s doing it!! Nice going!
2BoysMom -new good habit: No eating past 8 pm - ??? How you doing???

The Engine that Could - new good habit: one soda per day - she’s doing well and she’s upped her H2O as well to replace the sodas!

Christi (HavtaDropDaPounds) - good habit: walking at lunch - Doing great! She’s right on plan with this goal! Way to go Christi!

Bonita - New good habit: not having a sweet dessert with the meals all the time. Most of the time substitute with a mint, tea, or fruit. Bonita is right OP with this! She’s had self control and even just ate the nuts in the trail mix and not the chocolate! WOW! That’s self control! (:

Wedding Body Boot Camp (Jenna) - new good habit: working out and staying on plan on weekends! - Doing ok. Needs help to stay motivated! Visit her blog and send some encouragement her way!

    Here is the kicker. I have been planning my meals however when stress happens, I go completely off the menu. Huh!?!?!? I guess because my meals require preparation and I can take my time and enjoy the process. However, when stress happens, I want something right then and there. So, I am in the process of picking small and large meals (snacks) so that when “it” happens, I can grab something I already designated.
