CORE Day 16: sick daughter :-(

well day 4 of dd being sick… I hate missing the gym more than anything.. so this has been a challenge for me. Last night I got to take 1/2 of the group power class, so it’s better than nothing.. but I want Cardio! The day care at the gym won’t take sick kids (obviously) and I don’t have anyone that I feel comfortable watching her while she’s sick… I don’t want to share her germs… so at home I stay. I struggle with motivation to do my aerobics videos that I own… they’re just not really that great after the hundredth time
