CORE day 14: Green Beans and Pickles

Well… the title says it all. In an effort to follow through on my Feb Challenge Goal: stay on plan on the weekends, I just opened 2 cans of green beans and proceeded to eat 5 or 6 servings of the same vegetable! (: along w/ some pickles and a turkey burger. YIKES! Now I know why I fall off plan every weekend… there’s no food in my house! And especially no produce! My produce tends to last me about 5 days… and I always shop on Sunday nights so it tends to work out well for the week.. and not so well for the weekend!! Well… at least I know WHY I tend to fall off plan on the weekends! And thus, I know how to remedy the problem! (:
