Here’s how everyone’s doing so far!
Jacquie: new habit: yogurt every day: - ????
Me: This last weekend I did well. I went to weigh-in on Saturday. Realized this up-up-up trend has got to stop, and made a new plan. I worked out BOTH Saturday and Sunday (woo hoo!) and jumped back on track. Ive had a great week and I cant wait for my weigh in on Saturday because I know Ill be down!
Tania (big tickles): new habit: set a menu of what she will eat -????
Lacey Q: new habit: cook more using whole grains, fresh veggies, and lean protein. -????
Laura (Fit & Healthy Mom) - new habit: eating yogurt instead of chocolate -Well since chocolate isnt part of core, Id take a guess and say shes doing well! (:
Jacki (Not Just Any Girl) - new habit: exercise 3 days/week - ????
Kim (Kim’s Journey…) - Kim is giving up red meat and sweets for Lent: Doing well it seems!
Allison (To Goal I Go) - new habit: : exercising 3 days/week Allisons doing GREAT!
Gotta Have Faith - new good habit: Packing a healthy lunch every single day. - Doing GREAT! in spite of some major tempations! Good for you!! (:
2BoysMom -new good habit: No eating past 8 pm - ???
The Engine that Could - new good habit: one soda per day - not too bad. sometimes one! sometimes two
Christi (HavtaDropDaPounds) - good habit: walking at lunch - doing well overall.. bad weather has hampered her a bit
Bonita - New good habit: not having a sweet dessert with the meals all the time. Most of the time substitute with a mint, tea, or fruit. She’s been indulging a bit. Ready to re-focus and get back on track!
Wedding Body Boot Camp (Jenna) - new good habit: working out and staying on plan on weekends! see her most recent post! she need’s some support!

It is just a gorgeous day here in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. Gosh! I love days like this! Makes me want to put on shorts (the ones from my honeymoon that I can now fit into! (:) and go outside! It’s not really quite shorts weather yet… but it makes me want to!
I’m dropping my points down a bit. Daughter is nursing less and less these days. So just to be safe, I’m only adding in one extra nursing session… o wait, I bet I dropped down in points because I’m below 150 as well… O well. I’ll hold here at 26 for a week and see how I do!

I’m babysitting a two- year- old today. So the title doesn’t refer to my eating.. it refers to how i feel trying to keep up w/ a two-year-old (: I think I did something to my back and I’m in quite a bit of pain and it’s been a little rough today. I have no idea what I did, my lower back just kills…
I survived fairly well yesterday at my inlaws. I ate 2 pieces of pizza and that’s it. I was proud. All evening. With all the munchies around… pretty darn good!

I’m excited for a fresh approach to this week. It’ll be a tough start, staying the night at my inlaws tonight… but I’m going in with strong resolve and I’ll do great!

Saturday morning. I got up and did Step. Felt great! For a grand total of 4 hours and 55 min of cardio this week and an hour of group power! I think that’s the most I’ve ever done. I ate terrible this week. I admit it. I was up .4 at weigh in this morning…. so I have the next week to crack down and drop two! That’s my goal this week. A 2 lb loss. I can do this and I will. No slipping up. I am going to flex this week. I will work hard to eat CORE foods (Flore like Roni talked about) but I will not go over my points if I choose to not eat CORE foods. I will post each day, and we’ll see what happens next Saturday!

(: Well it’s Friday. I”m pretty much out of produce and I don’t usually shop till Sunday PM. I might go tomorrow. What can I say that’s good??? I’ve already drank all my waters today… and I don’t plan on stopping. Gotta flush my system and pray for my weigh-in tomorrow. PRAY. because I’m not going to be down. You don’t lose if you don’t eat right. I know this. [sigh] O I’ve also worked out every day this week. That’s gotta count for something as well!
