Yes! I love when I feel so in control, totally on plan, and also am working out a ton! It’s just a great feeling and it makes me look forward (CRAZY I KNOW!) to my weigh-in on Monday! I have been eating well, getting all my fruits and veggie, drinking all my water and I just feel great! This week I have worked out every day and have appts. to work out Thursday and Friday as well (appt’s for my dd to go to “Tiny Gym”).
I’m curious, to anyone out there who does “group power” or “body pump” or any other weight lifting class set to music, would you consider any of that class “Aerobic activity”? I don’t consider it aerobic, but today day after I had repeated 70 million squats and lunges, my heart was pounding and I was sweating, I was just wondering if at least part of the class would be considered aerobic. It’s extremely difficult for me to fit in 5 days of aerobic activity when I’m already doing group power MWF. Ever once in a while I’ll squeeze in 20 minutes afterward, but it’s tough and I”m drained. I can’t do it before because Tiny gym opens at 9 and my class starts at 9. I know any exercise is great, but I also know that the recommended amount for a healthy heart/body is 5 times of aerobic activity per week…
