Some weeks fly, and some weeks crawl…

Well after my entire day I still had 5 points left… crazy how that’s been happening to me a lot lately… I must be getting better at making good food choices! I wish my husband would join me on this road. Makes me sad… BUT>> I have made the changes: that I don’t make homemade cookies for his lunches anymore, he gets cheap (gross to me) shortbread ones from the store, I always buy whole wheat bread and I”m switching to whole wheat pasta, I try to serve veggies with every meal I cook and if he doesn’t want them, then I guess I get double portions (: So I have made some changes that he can’t get around… Eating out is his hardest part…. HUNGER IS NOT AN EMERGENCY (right RONI?? click here for more info) O well… can’t change him, but I can change me! Thank God for that! And I am on the road to do just that! Here’s my food for today:
