Yesterday…

I’m doing this from memory… hopefully I don’t miss anything. I wrote it all down yesterday and then didn’t post. And do I have that piece of paper? No. (:  Ok I also upped my points according to the new WW scale.. I dont know how long I’m going to do this because it just feels like too many… and I tend to use them as cheater points… not healthy points.  I did INCREDIBLE with my water today (I just kept chugging Crystal light so I wouldn’t eat all the candy sitting in all 3!! of the candy dishes… and it did help.) Good with fruits, because I just threw 3 servings into baggies… and bad with veggies (0)… because my veggies tend to be salads and I didn’t feel like packing tupperware (bad excuse! I know) and there was supposed to be salad at my MIL’s house with the pizza - but no one ended up buying some.  So - in all it looks like I had a bad day yesterday… just in points and choices… but you WOULD NOT BELIEVE how many things I turned down, walked away from, and refused.  So actually (believe it or not!) I did well yesterday considering the temptations. (I’m trying to be positive here - that’s what we learned last week at WW)  Ok here goes…
