Today’s scale reading:
So much to write! (: Another one of my friend joined the WeightWatchen community today! She’s the girl I work out with often on MWF mornings at Group Power… (visit her blog to welcome her (: if you feel so inclined!) So that is too cool! Also I went to a WW meeting this morning, even tho my official one is tonight… just because I wanted to weigh before I ate all day and drank tons of water… so I did! I just have been weighing at my mom’s house each week… and I ALWAYS weigh in the morning, before I eat.. so I felt like a morning weigh-in was the way to truly see my progress. So… from my previous weigh-in at my mom’s house, I am down a lb. BUT from my weigh in last week at WW, I’m down 4.8 (; HA! It’s because I weighed after dinner, with my sweatshirt (and shoes?) on… So not as exciting as it looks! (: BUT my 1 lb loss is great! I’m totally satisfied. I just finished another, dreaded step aerobics class (here’s how I feel about Step Aerobics). I feel like when I go, I kick my butt… and I just don’t work that hard on my own on the EFX.. so as long as I have the motivation, I’ll go, even if I don’t really like it… and hey, who knows, maybe I’ll learn to like it! (and maybe not! (:)
I wish someone could explain to me how I can put a hyper link (is that what it’s called?) into my posts…. like when I reference the WW community here.. I’d like to make that reference “clickable” like you all do… and help??? If it’s complicated, just tell me so…. then I won’t even try… but if it’s EASY… someone PLEASE tell me how?!!?!? (:
O and one more thing… I bought WW bars at the meeting ($4.50??!??!?!? for 4 tiny bars???) and they seem smaller than they used to be… but the point value is the same… WHY?? It seem like a rip-off to me.. but I love the caramel ones. But not for that price and that size. It’s like 2 bites ): Poo… can i buy them anywhere else cheaper???
