I hate step aerobics

well today I went to step aerobics class . I needed some cardio and I had a friend (who’s probably reading this!) to go with… so I went. Ug. I hate step aerobics (: It’s so mundane. Step up. step down. step to the left. to the right. step up up up, down down down. You get the picture. BORING! In case you couldn’t tell… No me gusta! But that’s ok.. because it was Cardio.. and it does feel good to just sweat! Tonight my dh has agreed to go with me to JUST 1 Group Power class. to try it out. I keep telling him that there are several guys that go, and that it’s def a guy type class… and so he said he’d go once. YA! So twice at the gym for me today! Here’s my food so far…

    Ditto on the step aerobics! I actually found I didn’t like aerobic classes at all. I’m much happier out running or playing on a sports team. The aerobics classes are too stuffy, crowded, and monotonous for me. I learned early on to do stuff I enjoyed or otherwise I woudln’t stick with it.

    Keep up the great work & kudo’s to you for sticking with it even though you don’t like it!

    Oooh, I’m not a big fan of step either, stopped after 2 months. I’m too clumsy and it’s dangerous for others around me :) What is the Just 1 class like, is that more strength training?

    You have to let me know how the hubby liked Group Power. I have been trying to get mine to go with me for weeks, but his schedule never fits. Good job with all of the water and fruits/veg today!

    I have to agree with you on the step class…I hate it too. I wish I could still go to group power with you. It is so motivating and you can go to the gym knowing that you’re going to work out hard for an entire hour without even thinking about it! Can’t wait to get our hair done…see you later today! P.S.
