Is today Wednesday?

I have officially started WW as of last night. I weighed with a sweatshirt on, and after eating all day, including dinner. So i was up, but as expected, and I know I’ll be on track next week at my weigh in (: I’ll probably have like a 5 lb loss! ha! I have been so turned around this week. I kept trying to decide if today was Tuesday, or Thursday, all morning… and it’s Wednesday! I think I”m messed up because I went to Group Power yesterday, and I usually go to the Mon,Wed, Fri class at 9 am, so my brain’s all messed up. I went to group power again this morning, even tho I went yesterday, and it was a little tough. I am def. sore. Tomorrow I’m taking Group Step and we’ll see how well I hold up! I’m going to have to focus to get all my fruits and veggies in today. I don’t have that great of a selection in my house, so I have to force it.
